Is prioriTIX available in my city?

In 2025, prioriTIX is only available in New York City’s Broadway. Stay tuned for future city launches.

Tickets & Booking

How do I purchase tickets?

With prioriTIX, you simply subscribe to your selected season. Ticket costs are included in your total subscription price.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once you accept them, unless a show is canceled.

Can I buy group tickets?

At this time, we offer a maximum of 4 tickets per show per subscription. Contact us if you need to purchase more than one subscription or the occasional extra ticket.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Link.

How do I access my tickets?

We’ll email your ticket pdf right to your inbox. Lost that email? Head over to this form to retrieve your ticket with just a few pieces of information.

Accessibility & Special Requests

Are there accessible seating options?

Yes. We offer the accessibility options available at each theater, which may differ slightly from venue to venue.

Can I request ASL interpretation or audio description?

Shows have closed captioning and audio description available. ASL performed shows happen occasionally -

Account & Customer Support

Do I need an account to buy tickets?

Yes. All prioriTIX subscriptions begin with the sign-up process, during which you’ll create an account. We cannot currently offer services to non-account-holders.

What happens if a show is canceled?

If a performance is canceled we will contact you with your options. Generally, this will be a re-schedule to a new date or switch to a different, comparably priced show on the same date. Our goal is to get you to all of your priority shows in a season. If a show announces its closing before you’ve gotten a chance to see it, there are three options - move to an earlier date to get in to see the show before it closes, swap to a different show in the season, or get your money back for that month’s membership.

Because we average the cost of all the shows in your lineup to create a simple, predictable monthly payment. Some shows may have higher-priced tickets, some lower—but we do the math so your costs stay predictable!
